The Keedy's Bundle of Joy

When I found out baby Samuel came early I was elated. Upon hearing the news, I quickly penciled in a day to photograph him. The best time to photograph newborns is within the first 10 days. During this time, the baby still sleeps much of the time and is easier to pose. We kept him well fed during the session. This, of course, made him extra sleepy for his portraits. We closed out the session by photographing him in an 80-year-old cot that has been passed down from generation to generation. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to photograph the newest addition to the Keedy family.
